Validate a new approach to Cloud and AI cost — on your own numbers, at low risk.
We are pre-launch. We are building Numio with a handful of Design Partners rather than in isolation. If you are a CFO, a CIO or a business leader with meaningful Cloud spend and growing AI usage, this is the invitation.
It starts with a low-cost Assessment and continues, if it makes sense, with a low-cost pilot. If you decide to go live with Numio, what you paid for both is credited against production.
The exchange
What you get
- A low-cost Assessment. About two weeks to map your systems, understand what concerns you most, and lay out the options, with their pros and cons.
- A low-cost, fixed-scope pilot. Scope, success criteria, duration and price are agreed together, in writing, before we connect anything.
- Fees credited if you go live. If you choose to move to production with Numio, the Assessment and pilot fees are deducted from your production subscription.
- Findings you keep. Savings identified during the Assessment and the pilot are yours whether or not you continue with us.
- A direct line to the founders. You work with the two people building the product, not an account team.
- Early influence. Your constraints shape the roadmap. What you need first, we build first.
- A view most organizations do not have yet. Token Meter shows what your AI usage costs, by team, app and use case.

What we ask
- Read-only access to an agreed scope. One cloud account, one AI provider, one business unit — you choose. Numio connects with scoped read permissions and touches nothing.
- A named sponsor and a few working conversations. To understand your tagging, your ownership model and what "good" looks like for you.
- Candid feedback. What worked, what did not, what you would need to rely on it.
- Optionally, a reference — only if the results earn it.

Walkthrough
A 30-minute session, at no cost, on your situation and your numbers.

Assessment
A low-cost, two-week engagement: your systems, your concerns, and the possible solutions with their pros and cons. It ends with a clear recommendation — including when Numio is not the answer.

Pilot
A low-cost pilot with fixed scope, success criteria, duration and price, agreed in writing. Numio connects read-only and shows what is achievable on your numbers. Typically six to ten weeks.

Decide together
We review the results against the success criteria. If you go live with Numio, the Assessment and pilot fees are credited against production. If not, you keep the findings.
Typical elapsed time: about two weeks for the Assessment once access is in place, and six to ten weeks for the pilot.
Who it is for
CFOs, CIOs and business leaders at organizations with meaningful Cloud spend and growing AI usage — on AWS, GCP or Azure, and on any of the major LLM providers. Company size matters less than having a budget line you want to understand and shape.
What we cannot promise
We are a small team and the product is in development. We cannot run every pilot we are asked for. Building Numio with Design Partners is our number-one priority, and we will try hard to say yes.

Customers who shape the product through their own top-priority concerns. You bring the real constraint; we build against it and you see it working — starting with a low-cost Assessment and pilot, credited if you go live.

Open source, Apache licensed
We are releasing a version of the product on GitHub under the Apache License, so people can try the ideas without a procurement conversation.

Before you write
- What does it cost?
- The walkthrough is free. The Assessment and the pilot are low-cost, with a fixed price agreed in writing before we start — no surprises.
- Is the fee credited if we go live?
- Yes. If you choose to go to production with Numio, the Assessment and pilot fees are deducted from your production subscription.
- What access do you need?
- Read-only credentials scoped to what we agree — typically one cloud account or one AI provider. Nothing is modified during the pilot.
- What happens to our data?
- Cost and usage metadata stays within the agreed scope and is used only to produce your findings. We put this in writing before connecting.
- How long does it take?
- About two weeks for the Assessment once access is in place, and typically six to ten weeks for the pilot.
- Do we have to buy afterwards?
- No. You decide based on the results against the success criteria we agreed. If you go live, what you paid is credited.
- What if we want to automate something during the pilot?
- You grant the narrowest permission for that specific action. Numio shows its reasoning before it acts. You can revoke at any time.
